Booking Terms

Applies to all bookings of cottages and apartments at Kostergården.

Check-in & check-out

Check-in from 15:00 · Check-out no later than 11:00

For late check-out, this must be booked in advance via email at booking@kostergarden.se for an additional fee. Keys are collected and returned by agreement through confirmation email/phone call after booking.

Final cleaning

Final cleaning costs 799 SEK for those who wish to purchase it. For those who choose to do the final cleaning themselves, cleaning supplies are available in each apartment/cabin.

Please note that dishes must be put away and garbage emptied regardless of whether final cleaning has been purchased or not. Kostergården reserves the right to invoice guests afterwards who have not completed the final cleaning according to the checklist.

House rules

Smoking is prohibited in all our cabins and shared buildings.

Pets are allowed in some of our cabins; these are marked “pet-friendly.” If you wish to bring pets, this must be stated in the message field when booking and also sent by email.

Kostergården does not guarantee that cabins/apartments are allergy-free.

Bed linen & towels are included in the price between 20 June and 15 August – outside this period it is a mandatory add-on. Final cleaning can always be purchased for 799 SEK or done yourself.

After 23:00 it must be quiet and peaceful in the Kostergården area. The restaurant business on the rooftop terrace may make noise until 01:00, but as it is an external business, we cannot influence this.

In case of destruction or any damage, contact us immediately at 0760388044. We charge for damages according to a price list.

In case of violation of the rules, the guest is responsible for any costs incurred by Kostergården. Kostergården reserves the right to evict the guest immediately.

Booking rules

The booking rules apply to all types of reservations, both cabins and apartments at Kostergården. The rules apply regardless of how the reservation was made – directly on the website, by phone, or by email.

Always check your booking confirmation. Any errors or changes must be made and reported immediately. The booking terms apply from the moment the reservation is confirmed.

All stays must be fully paid before arrival for the guest to gain access to the cabin or apartment. In case of no-show, Kostergården has the right to demand full payment for your reservation. Kostergården reserves the right to change/replace the cabin or apartment if necessary. This also applies even if you as a customer have made requests and originally received information that these would be met.

If you have started your stay and for any reason choose to end it early, no refund will be given. Kostergården has the right to rent out the cabin/apartment again to a new guest.

To book accommodation or stay at Kostergården, you must be at least 18 years old, or accompanied by someone over 18 years old.

Payment & cancellation

30% of the booking is paid directly at the time of booking as a deposit, which is counted toward the total amount. The remainder is automatically charged to the specified card during the week of arrival unless another payment method is stated.

More than 14 days before the stay: full refund possible.

7–14 days before the stay: cancellation without refund of the deposit.

Less than 7 days: you are liable for 100% of the total amount whether you arrive or not.

In the event of a change of booking date, the applicable payment rules are based on the original booking date. The price is adjusted only if it is a more expensive date.

Failure to pay is considered a cancellation, and any amount already paid is not refunded.

Payment is made by card via link, Swish, or bank transfer. If you wish to pay in another way, please contact us by phone or email. We invoice companies only.

Privacy Policy

When you book your stay with us, you need to provide certain personal data. In connection with your booking, you agree that we store and use your information in our business in order to fulfill the agreement with you. This information will never be sold or shared with any other party.

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to access the information we have registered about you. If it is incorrect, incomplete, or irrelevant, you may request that the information be corrected. You also always have the right to be forgotten, that is, to be removed entirely from the register as soon as your stay has ended. In that case, please contact us by email.

We never sell or share your email address or other information with any other party. We use your information to:
